This is a very conveniently located hotel in the center of Bangkok. About a 10-minute stroll to the BTS station, but something should to develop. Business trip in bangkok, I wait to check in at 2:00 PM. So i wait in a lobby, while I wait for the room, I was wondering how they handle they job. He should be a high position but why he so rude to a guest, shouts to guest while checked in. This the Land of smiles, but that not my problem. my problem was when i need a taxi to go meeting, I found that not easy to get a taxi meter in this hotel however there have a taxi company in the hotel. So if you want taxi better walk 3 minutes to call from main street.

"Good place to stay"
Conveniently located within a five minute walk to the nearest Skytrain station, we found the hotel to be clean, friendly and a perfectly good place to stay when visiting Bangkok. We only had bed and breakfast, but found the breakfast to be very good, with all sorts of food available. We would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.
Not the best hotel I have ever stayed! We arrived at 8am after a long flight and we were told that our room would not be ready until 3pm. We asked if they could look after our luggage and if there was any chance that our room could be ready before. The duty reception manager said if we were prepared to have a room with 2 single beds he then would have it ready by 12noon as the chambermaids did not start working until 9am. This is a lie by the way as we stayed 5 nigths in this hotel and we often saw rooms being cleaned at 7am! We asked were we could have a coffee and we were directed on the 7th floor were breakfast was served. We told the duty restaurant manager that we only wanted to have a cup of coffee (which was so bad we could not drink it and we were charged 250 Baht for it even after complaining of the quality. We then went out for breakfast and returned at 12noon. The duty reception manager told us that the room still wasn't ready until 2 pm so I told him that in that case we would have the originally booked double room not the room he suggested; immediately he went on the defensive and very rudely he said that they tried to have the room ready and repeated the lie about the Chambermaids. We waited another 5 minutes and then as a miracle he arrived with our room key and told us abruptly that the room was now ready. Strange as 5 minutes before he told us that we would have to ait until 2pm. I really think this guy was after a tip and as he did not get one he was messing us about. This plus of this hotel is the position; central with easy access to the Skytrain. The rest of the hotel is not very clean (you could write your name in the dust near the lifts). The pool is very small and the quality of the breakfast served is not very good (lots on offer but quality poor). I booked this hotel via an agency but I would not return. I know that hotel have their policies but surely if they know that a guest is arriving on a night flight, they should try to make sure the room would be ready on arrival. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first time this happened to me. General attitude of the reception staff was very poor.
"Nice and convenient hotel but bad taxi service"
My family stayed at this hotel three days before departing for Phuket. The hotel location is very convenient. It is just approximately 15 minutesâ€™ walk from sky-train station. Guest service officers were very nice and friendly. However, on the last day, we booked a large taxi to the airport and the taxi was late for half an hour. Finally, we could not wait any longer, so we must take two normal taxies to the airport instead. The worst part was we got lost from each other at the airport and almost missed the plane. Not a good service, not professional.
