Uw rondreis Florida is niet compleet zonder Orlando. Orlando is wereldwijd bekend als familiebestemming bij uitstek, met de vele magische themaparken, zoals Walt Disney World, Universal Studios en Sea World.

"Good but not great"

For Disney, the value of this hotel is great! Once we got the lay of the land it was easy to navigate. The food court is very loud, but the lines move quickly and have a decent selection of foods, we only had breakfast there though. The room was definitely a basic room with the basic minimum toiletries, bar soap and a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner. I'm glad I always travel with my personal hairdryer as they don't supply them in the rooms! It was kind of warm in the room and you can't adjust the thermostat to your comfort, only down 1 degree and that was it. However the property is very clean and about a 15 minute bus ride to Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Disney Springs.

"Butlins in Orlando"

We booked this holiday through Virgin holidays whom we have never used before and will never use again.(and we travel at least twice a year) To start with we were left on the Virgin aircraft at Orlando airport after landing for 55 minutes and given no reason for this, and never had any contact with the rep even in Hurricane Mathew just a text saying their office was closed not sure there is a rep in Florida or a computer that answers all email queries. Also beware when booking with Virgin that all excursions that you book in the UK include travel as I was told that they were and was charged 180 dollars whilst there for trips that were booked and paid for to Virgin in UK please beware. We arrived at All Sport Resorts about 7.30 pm check in was really fast and directed to our room which was about an 8 minute walk from reception and difficult to find in the dark, on entering the room it really needs a update and bathroom was 1960s décor no tea or coffee making facilities which we needed when we could not leave our room for a day and half due to the hurricane. Restaurant Very basic and expensive a sandwich costs 13 dollars and there is nowhere nearby to buy anything else if you do not hire a car.A good thing is the refillable cup that you can buy its about 18 dollars and whilst on the resort you can refill with tea/coffee or soft drink but only from the restaurant. Transport to all Disney theme parks is very regular and reliable and drivers very polite and friendly. Swimming pool open to 10pm which is good to relax after a day at theme parks staff at resort all really helpful especially at the reception desk. Cleaning in rooms we only knew the cleaner had been in because the bed had been made floor never vacuumed in the 2 weeks we were there. All in all it really is just like Butlins but in a hotter country. I would return to Orlando but would not stay at this resort or book through Virgin Holidays

"Fantastic Disney Holiday!!"

I stayed here for 2 weeks from 22 September 2016 with my husband and daughter (aged 20). We couldn’t fault it. We had an amazing holiday. This was our 5th visit staying in Disney property. We had requested connecting rooms which were available when we arrived at 4pm. We had a slight issue with my husband's and daughter's magic bands being assigned to each other’s rooms however a quick visit to concierge and this was sorted. We were in the Home Run section. The rooms were as expected; this is a Disney Value hotel after all so we didn’t expect luxury. However the beds were very comfy, there was always hot water, the rooms were very clean and Mouse Keeping cleaned every day. I’ve seen reviews complaining about noise from other rooms or the pools. I won’t say I didn’t hear an occasional toilet flush however that was all. We were on the ground floor of Home Run looking out onto the pool and didn’t get disturbed by noise at all. When all said and done a hotel room on a Disney holiday is just a base where you don’t spend that much time and at the end of every day we were all that tired we were asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow. We enjoyed the short walk through the football field every day to get to the food court which had a reasonable selection of food and we rarely had a long wait for food or to pay. Wi Fi worked well throughout the hotel and the buses were great, I think we only had 2 longish waits throughout our 2 week stay. Most of the buses only stopped at this hotel however if it was a bus shared with the other All Stars hotels, Sports is the first pick up/drop off which was great. Is it cheap? No this is Disney, however the use of the free buses or free parking at the parks makes up for the extra you pay to stay on site. I’ve visited Orlando once by staying on I Drive however since then have always stayed on site. The extra you pay is totally worth it as it makes for a more magical holiday and can’t imagine staying off site again. We’re already saving to go back!!

"Not the best"

Average hotel. I know it's a kids orientated park but no gym and spa doesn't really make sense for a sports park. Advise bringing in your own water if u are staying for a period of time gets costly if u are buying bottled everyday.

"Small room for family of 4"

These rooms are seriously small for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The beds are extremely narrow and close together, so you're basically able to reach over and touch the kids in the bed next to you. Also, there is absolutely NO privacy in the bathroom area - the shower curtain that you can pull across to separate the vanity area from the beds is a joke. Hopefully if you're at Disney, you're not planning to spend too much time in the room though! The buildings are super old as are the furnishings inside the rooms. They truly need to be updated. But, you get what you pay for. This is the value resort, so you can't expect much. Kids will love the pools and the decor if they're into sports. The food court at this resort is at the BOTTOM of my list. I had a hard time finding decent food and ended up sick many times when we ate in the food court. Also, don't ever plan to get an early check-in, even if you do the online check-in and mark "early check-in" as your preference (over floor, location, etc). We've learned this the hard way! They've never even been able to put us in a room within an hour of check-in. This trip was no different!
