"Best led hotel in Panama"

Stayed 3 nights in the suite end February. Very nice and comfortable accommodation which is very well managed. The views are amazing. It is true that there is not a large beach, but one can book very easy excursions and water taxis to the many islands. There are also 2 swimming pools, although water tends to be quite hot. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. Certainly a place to return to.

"The True Experience, Swim with crocodiles or sign for a million dollar excursion!"

Hi folks, The views are nice, the beach doesn´t exists at high tide, at low tide you don´t file like staying on this green shore where apparently you can encounter crocodiles! Nothing like the pictures you can see on the internet, to reach those white sandy beach you need to suscribe the million dollar boat tours otherwise no activities at all except lying around this small pool! There is no privacy in Bungalows at night, be careful if you take your shower don´t forget to pull the curtain because the tinted windows aren´t effective at night. The only way to have privacy it to shut all your curtains, the manager was watching my friends taking their showers from outside!!!

"Amazing Stay!"

We could only book one night, but we made the most of it, arriving before lunch and not departing until later the next day. It is a gorgeous property just as depicted in the photos and the rooms are well-appointed and have great views. The staff all learned our names right off the bat and enhanced the stay--all super-friendly and accommodating. We took the 4-hour sightseeing tour that the hotel offers and had a marvelous time. Don't overlook the infinity pool near the top of the hill!

"Beautiful comfortable hotel"

This hotel is in beautiful Boca Chica and is probably one of the nicest boutique hotels in all of Panama. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with nice bedding. My friends and I were traveling with children and they upgraded us to rooms with extra bedrooms for the infants and provided cribs. The staff are all very friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. The managers while we were there were Charlie and Santiago - both were so lovely and helpful and accommodating. They made their presence known to guests and were readily available at all times for people. This hotel on its own is worth the trip to Boca Chica. We will be back.

"A 4.5 To 5 Star Property with Nice Views, Good Pools & Restaurant"

We stayed in Unit 17, which has 2 stories and has an extra small bedroom with a twin bed and small half bath and master bedroom and bath downstairs. It would be ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children as you could technically sleep 1 or 2 on the couches upstairs too. The Air Conditioners worked great. We love the size of the unit and the master bedroom and bathroom were large. The upstairs living area is a nice touch for a family or someone needing an office. The views from both balconies were exceptional. It was worth the price and included breakfast. The bed in the master was very comfortable as were the couches upstairs. Our friends were in unit 11 which was a bit smaller but had a good private beach view and a fairly good & working hot tub. Our wifi in the room worked fine, but our cells did not work on the property which was problematic since the office has no phone to the rooms. They did make a special cake at no charge for our friends birthday-so the staff is friendly and were helpful. Issues: Our hot tub only got luke warm 96-degrees, and the management told me that they knew about this but were too busy to get it fixed-I thought they should have compensated us for this. The stairs are steep and narrow in the unit. No beach, but beaches are nearby by boat for a fee. The area is hot, remote, and has little to do unless you like fishing and water activities, but it is a nice getaway and the pools are refreshing- especially the Adult Pool up top. The check-in is a fair trek from the parking lot, and the walk can be hot on most days and too far to bring luggage (they need to open up the road to the office behind their arm "gate" to folks checking in and leaving). The restaurant has gone a little bit downhill since our last visit. The fish dishes are good as are the pasta dishes, but sometimes they run our of basics like good bread. Breakfasts were decent but not exciting, and included hot eggs of your choice, bread with jams, fruit, juice and coffee or tea. I think this could be a Solid 5 star property, but due to new management, the restaurant, some hot tub issues, and overall management's inability to communicate by phone or otherwise with units (I recommend walkie talkies for all guests or a cell phone they give to guests for contact with the office), I'd rate it between 4.5 and 4.75 stars now, which for Panama is very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay!
