"Experience the Cromwell"

   20-01-2017
First visit to Cromwell was very satisfying, beautiful, clean, safe and enjoyable. Was able to relax and just enjoy the ambience. I did not stay at the hotel. I came with friends who made our reservations for accomodations. Hopefully will be able to come back again sometime and stay at the beautiful Cromwell.

"Not the best hotel I've stayed at"

   20-01-2017
I go to Vegas 4-5 times per year and have stayed at many different hotels. This was one of the worst. The noise level in the rooms was high, noise coming from the halls and rooms next door as well as sounds coming from the strip.

"Clean, Chic, Unique"

   19-01-2017
From the moment you walk into the hotel you'll notice the amazing design and style. Hands down the best boutique hotel on the strip and gives most of the major hotels a run for their money. The staff is friendly and personable making you just as welcomed as the ambience.

"Had the BEST time ever!"

   19-01-2017
Played at the Cromwell had a great time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The Casino is beautiful Table games were a great value, Drinks were tasty. I would go back every time I visit the area. The slots were updated as well.

"Great boutique hotel & casino"

   18-01-2017
This was the first time in 10 years and 25+ trips to Vegas that I finally stayed at this place. While I'm not sure what it was like when it was Barbary Coast or Bills Gambling Hall, I can say that the money Caesars Entertainment has put into this hotel & casino was well spent. Spent 4 nights at this boutique hotel and loved it. As great as the view is from Bellagio/Paris/Caesar, when you're 30 stories up, what you also then have to deal with are long lines for the elevators, plus multiple stops along the way picking-up & dropping people off on floors 2-29! On the other hand, when you stay in a boutique hotel with only 9 floors, the wait for an elevator is practically non-existent and getting to your hotel floor takes approx. 12-secs from start to finish. I agree with folks that complain about the darkness of the hotel rooms. But that's the look they were going for. Chic and romantic. I personally would have preferred more lighting in the room, but it isn't a deal breaker by any stretch. Similarly, I wish the entire room was carpeted, instead of the faux-hard wood floors. After a day walking up and down the Strip, it'd be nice to have soft carpet under your bare feet. But, again, not a deal breaker and it prevents idiots from staining the carpeting with drinks (or worse). Regarding the club music from Drai's, we lucked out by being there between Christmas and New Year. As such, the club was closed during our 4 night stay. My understanding is to simply ask for a lower floor or don't be a pansy and suck it up since you're in Vegas. Go to Opryland if you want to be in bed by 8:30 pm. I will say that when you face Flamingo Blvd, which over looks Bally's and the Grand Bazaar, you do get street noise and people being loud as they cross the walkway. Again, suck it up, Buttercup. The casino is cool. Like Rat Pack circa the 1960s feel, cool. The bartenders were great, we played a lot of video poker at the bar. Likewise, we played plenty of slots, craps and Blackjack and the servers were fast, frequent and accommodating to a group of about 4 people always ready for another round of drinks. Remember to tip your dealers, they deal with a lot of jackwagons, so don't be one. Ate a Giada's restaurant and will echo the common belief that it's best to go for breakfast. It's a pricey restaurant with smaller portions. You get the best bang for your buck by going at breakfast. The 4 of us all ordered something different and each person loved their meal. Matter of fact, I'm inclined to go back so I could order a meal someone else part of our party had ordered, it looked that good. Dinner would be nice because of the view at night, but you're paying for that, so don't complain! Drink at Bound bar which is just outside of the hotel lobby area. Great bartenders, really good personalities, had a lot of fun just talking to them while enjoy masterfully crafted cocktails. They're going to run you about $20 a piece (after tax & tip), but if you sip your cocktail and actually enjoy the flavors from the multiple ingredients which make up the drink, you'll get $20 worth of value from each drink. We stopped in 3-4 throughout our time in town because we really enjoyed their cocktail menu. My only (minor, insignificant) complaint is that they didn't seem to stay open all that late. But that's naturally because I wanted to stop in there during all hours of the day (and night!). It's been a while since I've been as impressed with a hotel and casino. If you're looking for a smaller place to stay to get to your room quickly, get down to the casino quickly and be out on to the Strip in record time, this place is it. This might be my most favorite hotel/casino on the Strip. With almost immediate access to Flamingo & The Linq, Bally's across the street in one direction and Caesars in the other (with Bellagio kitty-corner to it), you are a very brief walk to some of the great casinos on the Strip. But you may not even want to leave Cromwell!!
