"Good location and standard"

Nice hotel and well positioned on the Strip. Rooms comfortable but old AC unit and bathroom suite. No coffee making facility in room! Its a long walk to coffee shops ! Queues for various dining facilities is mad and the M Life queues were longer than public line. Nice fragrance used to mask smoking smells. Well done on that. Very convenient for Sands Convention centre over the road and at a hotel price that was affordable. Resort fee as in all Vegas hotels is a rip off as is a room call to an 0800 number not connected charged at $1.50 even with no connection.

"My review of pool only 😁"

We ate at restaurant by the pool...good lunch but forgot name of it...and was impressed by the pool!!! Great showering or cascading waterfalls and nice pool area with tucked away bar and nice 🌴s all around. I did not swim in the pool since not a guest but would keep Mirage on my short list for possible stay in warmer weather as the pool is very nice but love the waterfalls 😄🙋👍🕶🍹🌴☀🌞🌝🌋💹🎯🏊🏊🏊🏊🏖🏝🌡🔛😉

"Lin Restaurant - Special Find"

My husband and I were trying to find a restaurant in the Mirage to have dinner at without a reservation before our 10 pm show. They had the best Spicy Shrimp in Lobster sauce that I've ever had. It's pricey but everything was absolutely delicious. Seriously, I cleaned my plate and my steamed rice bowl. We started with their pork potstickers. Yes, there are only four; however, they were well prepared and so good. My husband had their beef and broccoli. He said the meat was tender and the broccoli wasn't overcooked. My husband didn't clean his plate like I did but said it was very good. This was our 10th wedding anniversary and it was nice having a pleasant dinner with adults. I wouldn't recommend this restaurants for families since it's pricey and it's setting is more elegant. The ambiance was nice and the staff was very friendly, helpful when ordering and attentive.

"Over Night Stop on a Road Trip"

We stopped at the Mirage and spent the night on a road trip to Reno. We stayed here many times in the past in the late 1990s, when it was new. The hotel has been well maintained and the front desk check-in was an easy process. Our room was comfortable but a couple of small things needed a little more attention. I noticed that the shower head could have been cleaned better. It looked to have hard water buildup and possibly the beginning of some mold beginning to grow. Also I sleep with an APAP machine and need to plug it in next to the bed. Wow did I have to hunt to find a plug. There were no wall plugs behind the nightstand but I chased the clock cord to behind the middle of the bed where I found an outlet in a cable to plug in my machine. It would have been nice to have a modern lamp with an outlet to plug in my machine. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep.

"Very good location, loved the pool"

We had only been to Las Vegas once before and had stayed at the Mandalay Bay, which I thought was very nice. The Mirage is very similar, but there were two things I liked better, the location, which is very central, and the pool, which is large enough that it is possible to swim longer distances. My wife and I love to swim and we find that many resort pools are pretty, but they do not allow for sustained swims. The Mirage's rooms are quiet, there are a lot of elevators so getting to and from the rooms was efficient. Rooms are large and clean. We liked the breakfast buffet, but I thought the dinner buffet could use some improvement, especially in the salad area. We also ate at the Pantry, service was excellent. I did not have a fork, I mentioned this to a member of the wait staff, and in about 15 seconds, three different people bought me forks. And then a little later I my diet coke ran out, and again three different people showed up with refills. It was clear that the various waiters and waitresses make an effort to help each other. The staff in both the hotel and the restaurants (including the buffet) were friendly and helpful. We purchased show tickets through the hotel and found that we got better prices than what was shown online. Also if you are going to the Mirage or most other hotels in Las Vegas, sign up for an MLife card before making reservations. We did this and it saved us some money. I cannot offer advise on choosing a room, because we were not in the room very much, we took the cheapest room we could get. It was still very nice.
