"Hotel Nice, Valet and Food Prices a rippoff !!!!"

Rooms and staff were nice, however I really didn't like the food prices and too many "Gotchas". I was in the hotel less than 20 hours and was charged for 2 days of parking. I’m not sure why I, as a paying guest am paying for parking in the first place. But the Aria's parking rates are cleverly set so unless you leave at 11:59 pm you are charged for another whole day. Even though you check out at 10am. Guests are also ripped off with food prices. Lunch..1 simple small pizza, 1 meatball sandwich, 1 Coke, 1 Beer...$70dollars with Tip. Prices at all their restaurants are ridiculous so we chose to go elsewhere for dinner. Starbucks in the hotel is double what normal Starbucks are. TIP... there is another Starbucks in the mall that is connected to the hotel. Save yourself 50% and go there instead. So I guess we will sleep at the Aria, but spend our time and money at places with more real world prices.

"Great first impression, afterwards it all went south"

Check in with my iPhone was great! I skipped a line of about 15 people. Rooms are large and long is the distance you have to walk from the elevator! Uber would be a nice service to hire *LOL*! Unfortunately without any heads up, I received a message that I should leave my room immediately... Called guest services and they didn't give me a reason, just ordered me to leave it and show at the front desk. No check in with my iPhone available so I had to make line to get another room. I had a meeting at 18.00 and ended up showing 30 minutes late because of this nuisance. No "we are sorry" or "please understand"... just make line and check in again.

"Fantastic Hotel - Very Modern"

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and was really impressed at how modern and clean both the hotel and casino were. The rooms are very modern with everything controllable from a tablet device making it easy to turn that pesky bathroom light out after going to bed. Would highly recommend

"The best part of this resort is the Amazing SPA!"

We stayed two nights here at the Aria in November 2016. It was without a doubt, the most high-tech room of any we have stayed in here in Vegas. The first thing you have to do is get used to adjusting all the lights, the curtains, the television, and music with a tablet device. It's not that difficult for anyone who uses a smartphone, but if you're not so technologically savvy, you might want to ask for some help! The room itself was of good size, nicely appointed, and had plenty of amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens were soft and not overly heavy. Bathroom was very modern, with a fabulous shower head, and a full soaker tub was right next to the walk in shower stall. Hot water was plentiful and water pressure was excellent. Very nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was available along with every other standard travel-size toiletry you can imagine. We were on the 24th floor, and the elevators are (thankfully) divided up by groups of floors. There's nothing more annoying than being high up and having to stop at 6 different floors on the way down. The elevator banks come out directly into the casino floor, and the 24-hour Aria Cafe and Jean Phillipe Patisserie were right outside the elevator banks. The casino is huge, and there are slot machines everywhere. The variety of games is great and there are plenty of table games throughout if that's your preference. The dining options are amazing and numerous here at Aria. We ate at Herringbone, Javier's, Carbone's, and Jean Phillipe's and were very happy with most everything we had. Herringbone was just a quick stop for drinks and appetizers while watching some football, and I had coffee several times at Jean Phillipe's (because I absolutely loathe Starbucks). Carbone's has a wonderful, romantic atmosphere with fantastic service and excellent food. But it was Javier's that was the standout. WOW!!!!! Without a doubt, the best Mexican food we have eaten in Vegas, bar none! I could drink the salsa, it was that good. My goodness, we would go out of our way to come back and eat at Javier's. Worth every penny! The best part of staying at Aria, was having access to the Spa. Oh. My. Word. What a treasure! The day pass for Aria guests is $40, but you get a discount for multi-day passes. If we ever go back for a longer stay, I will surely partake in the multi-day pass. The wet sauna was amazing, the dry sauna was fantastic, and I absolutely LOVED the experience in the salt cave. The chairs in the salt room are some of the most comfortable I have ever had the pleasure of laying in. I could have napped in there forever. And the spas were great. It was quite cold the morning I went, and walking outside to the outdoor co-ed whirlpool was chilly- but no issues once I was in the water. After I was through with my spa experience, I utilized the showers and amenities in the dressing room, and I was ready to go for the day. It was amazing, and I can't wait to go back. My only complaints about the Aria apply to my opinion of ALL the MGM properties in Vegas these days. They are getting outrageous with the fees! The resort fees just keep creeping up and now they are charging for parking. So whatever great rate you think you are getting, you can expect to add an additional $40-45 a night for resort and parking fees. It's a beautiful resort, with fantastic dining options, and a phenomenal spa, but the constant- and I do mean CONSTANT- hiking of resort fees is really turning us off from staying at MGM properties anymore.

"Great vacation"

Near the middle of the strip which makes it easy to visit other resorts. Several great restaurants. Spa services were wonderful and reasonably priced. Love the automated rooms. Everything is controllable with the tablet in the room. With one e caption concierge was friendly and helpful. Ask for Selina she was fantastic!
