"Beautiful luxurious hotel with poor room security"

I came for business and a convention. The accommodations were wonderful, the food at the buffet was fantastic, the gelato was also wonderful. It’s unfortunate that my stay was tainted by my Apple AirPods being stolen from my room while I was out on my last day. To my knowledge the only people who had a key to my room were me and the housekeepers. It’s unfortunate that hotel as nice as this couldn’t secure my room. If you decide to stay here make sure that you put your stuff in the room safe. You shouldn’t have to do that, but apparently people with keys here cannot be trusted.

"Wear your watch, bring your credit card, comfy walking shoes and camera"

The property has a new system that is suppose to be for your convenience. You receive a hopeful email the night before you check in that prompts you to enter your departure date and the last 4 numbers of the credit card you used to book the room and it will give you your room number so you don't have to wait in line. It doesn't work. I stood in line for 15 minutes before checking in. However the front desk attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating every question and request for dining options. The property is not unlike all the other Mlife properties. Very large and spacious for hundreds of thousands of visitors. Hence, you will be walking atleast a mile a day just to get to and from your room and the taxi line or any dining they offer. If the distance isn't enough to curb your interest, then think of all the lines you will have to wait in just to get the dining or cab or even elevator you desire to get to where you want to go. There are many areas fit to take photos of your experience with your guests, which you may want to do while you wait. The rooms are automated to turn on your lights and draw the drapes, which is convenient if you know which button does what and when. The mini bar is expensive so bring your own bottled water and snacks or you will be paying outlandish prices even for Vegas. Since the rooms are so far from the gift shop or drink options, a complimentary bottle of water would go far. Even if they decided to put their logo on it, it would be thoughtful. Our room number was a 5 digit number. There are confusing signs to get to your room and the hallways are skinny. Im 5'10 and could stand on my tippy toes and fully grip the ceiling. Kind of felt like a giant to say the least. Choose the bell hop option if you have mass luggage. Upon visiting the gift shop, there were literally more clerks asking me for help than necessary. I felt like they would pop out from every corner and I literally was trying to browse but they cut me to the chase to get me to buy my items. I would've liked to enjoy a shopping experience. We stopped at the candy shop and literally had to ask the ice cream shop attendants who were busy talking amongst themselves if there was anyone who could ring us up. They were annoyed but most 16 year olds are when you interrupt their social time. It was not as glamorous as it looked. The Mlife desk clerks, were disgruntled and also very much in a hurry to get us in and out. So much so that the lady who gave us our cards didn't even take the time to make me a reprint of my existing card and made me a brand new account so I couldn't access my free play and had to go back later after I figured it out, being frustrated when having fun is not on the agenda. We will never opt to stay there again.

The Aria is a very nice hotel, however it is not as extravagant or “wow”ing like some of the other luxury hotels on the strip. I believe you can get more for your money at other hotels. The stay was a little underwhelming and the interior design was no match for the exterior in my opinion.

"Aria business trip"

Staff were excellent and professional. Had some minor problems with my room and they were up to fix it right away with very nice and professional staff members in that department as well. Let's stay here again the only kind that I can think of is that some of the furniture in the room is a little banged up and some caulking issues in the bathroom. Food prices seem to be very expensive but as this was my first trip to Vegas I assume that is the norm anywhere. My view was opposite the strip however it was very beautiful to see the mountains in the distance.

"Poor customer service and average food"

Well, there are better places in Vegas. I was impressed by the facility but not the staff. No one seemed to care about me. The poker room was nice but way too smokey. The food was average. Herringbone was an exception; well, their hamburger was a positive exception. Thanks to Ben the Bar tender for the suggestion and help with drinks. My suggestion is that the staff follow through and help when there is a problem. Care about your customers.
