"Our 17th Stay at ARIA – it’s truly our home away from home and we would not stay anywhere else in Vegas!"

My husband and I visit Vegas at least three times a year, and have been staying exclusively at ARIA since early 2011. On this particular trip, we stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2016. Out of the many great resort hotel options on the Strip, ARIA is the clear winner by far! The resort is super-modern, has incredible restaurant options, and extraordinary gaming venues. We began visiting ARIA in 2011 and have been hooked ever since. Over the years, the staff has gotten to know us, and they always deliver extraordinary guest experiences each and every time we visit. I work in the travel industry, and travel all around the world for both business and pleasure. I have very high standards and I know what great hospitality service looks like. ARIA has this in abundance. The management runs this property flawlessly. On this trip, we were given an amazing upgrade to a Strip-View Corner Suite. There is always something new and exciting going on at ARIA. New venues and restaurants like the Burger Bar, and JEWEL opened within the last year. And the brand-new T-Mobile Arena, The Park, and Park Theater at the Monte Carlo opened nearby earlier this year. Also, the new Tower Lounge on the Casino Level opened in November, 2015. It is such a great added amenity for Tower Suite guests. Complimentary snacks, sodas, and coffee, and excellent guest service! During the trip, we ate at Lemongrass, Javier’s, Julian Serrano, Five 50, ARIA Café, and The Buffet (and Lago at sister MGM property Bellagio). And we drank at all the bars in the resort and in several other MGM properties. As you can see from all my previous positive hotel reviews of ARIA, that I cannot say enough extraordinary things about this resort destination. You will not be disappointed, trust me – you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone else who has stayed here as often as us, and has incredible experiences each and every stay!

"The Aria is dead to me"

Sadly, I will never again stay or play at this resort. I have stayed there, Vdara, and Cosmo. My wife and I have been going to Vegas since 1991, and typically go 3-5 times per year. We love Wynn, Palazzo and Delano, but also like staying at different places. Over the years the hotels have gone from offering great bargins to great services. Cheap room rates at decent hotels have given way to not so cheap rates at outstanding hotels. Overall, I view this as a positive. However, it started with the Resort Fee, and now we have Parking Fees. Yep, even guests at Aria have to pay for parking. And that simply is a bridge too far. Once I found out about this new fee I e mailed Aria [M rewards] to ask that the parking fee be waived, as after all, isn't that already part of the Resort Fee? They refused, so we cancelled our our reservation. They apparently have no issue losing a $500 two night booking [plus easily another $1500 in dining and drinking, on top of gambling] over a $10 parking fee. Just booked at another resort. No parking fee. Yes, I know 'get off my lawn!"

"Nice beds but rude staff"

We stayed here for the last leg of our trip. We rented a car for a few days and we used the self-service car park. We came in at the back of the hotel. There practically no signs telling you where the hotel lobby is. We had to keep asking staff as we went along. We found the front desk staff to be rude and uninterested. There was a problem with the credit card machines that took a while to fix but there was no apology about it. We were offered an upgrade room for $30 dollars a night to see the strip, which we declined. When we finally dragged our cases to the room (there was no help offered), we found it to be very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. There was a weighed mini bar and snack bar, The room lead us to believe that the casino would be the same but that didn't happen. We found the casino to be extremely smaller than other hotels on the strip, with a lot less choice of machines. One the night we went down to the Casino we couldn't find a waitress to order a drink anywhere. This surprised us as this service is offered in all the other the casinos we were in. We stayed here for 6 nights and the only thing I could fault the housekeeping on some days they didn't leave new toiletries. During our stay we decided to go to the Grand Canyon. We asked at the front desk about directions or co-ordinates for the gps and the answer was go to concierge. It seemed that anytime we asked a question in Aria that answer was not my job, ask someone else. The staff on the concierge desk were lovely, especially Mildred. She was a great help with directions and tips about the Grand Canyon. We checked out online but we needed to store the cases as we flying that night. We went to the front desk to ask where and got told to go to the bell desk. At the Bell Desk we were told to go out to the Valet Desk outside. The Valet was nice and helpful. This was another example of not my job that the Aria is so fond of. I got the invoice from Aria during the day and I had some issues with it. When we went back to collect our cases I went up to the front desk to fix the bill. The woman we got was extremely rude and patronising. I seen three different versions of my bill and I got spoken to like a bold child for being confused about it. We were over charged on the bill that was sent to me for parking and items removed from the snack bar. The attitude of the staff was completely unbelievable. I've received better service in a 3 star B&B! Other Casinos on the strip seemed to be much better, with much more helpful staff. I will never stay in Aria again and it will be the last place that I could recommend. Tip: be aware that you have to drag your cases through the casino to get to the hotel lobby, the elevators or the exits and there's no quick way through but this seemed to be in all the Casinos we were in

"Sleek and chic"

Great place to stay, open, light, efficient and friendly. It seems another world away from the brashness of the "strip". Clean comfortable rooms, with plenty of space. Dined in Thai restaurant, pricy but worth it.

"Conference at the Aria"

Stayed at the Aria for a 3 day conference. The facilities and staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was average for a conference. The hotel was very nice and the Casino lively. I enjoyed the the stay to the point where I would go back again.
