Het subtropische klimaat en de ligging aan de Pacific maken een bezoek aan Los Angeles het hele jaar door mogelijk.
Please visit the swimming pool, especially the depth area. The executive lounge is much better than I anticipated. I thought Hilton LAX was great, but this one was better with the quality. The room was great, but the parking was hard to find. The lobby is luxurious, and the staffs were very friendly.

I stayed here while on a personal visit to family and friends and it was Amazing! :-) The hotel offers easy transportation via shuttle, to and from LAX. The hotel offers a Starbucks, Sports Bar and in house restaurant as well. And if you tire of the drink prices, a liquor store is in walking distance, one block away. The rooms were a little small but clean and cozy. And though smoking is not allowed in rooms, the lower level of the hotel has a wonderful walkout area with beautiful outdoor furniture and dining. This area is frequently used for cocktail parties and other events, as I witnessed several during my stay, but it was never a problem for me to go out there and enjoy a drink or smoke anyhow. The hotel also offers shuttle service to Manhattan Beach, and that was one of my favorite parts of my trip. On my last day I checked out, but my flight didn't leave until 10pm that night. However, I was able to check my bag with the hotel concierge services, and take the shuttle to Manhattan Beach and enjoy the afternoon, then return to the hotel, get my luggage and take the shuttle to LAX. Outstanding Service! I will DEFINITELY be staying here again! :-)
Honestly for as much turnover as this property gets, I was truly impressed by the service, the staff, and the condition of the hotel. I had a good dinner both nights I stayed, comfortable sleep, and the Concierge Lounge was just fine. They were getting ready to undergo a major renovation, and I could see where areas of the hotel needed updated but that's not a complaint.
We only stayed one night here passing thru LA. Our room was a king and was small and expensive. Nothing special and wouldn't want to stay more than a night. The restaurant had an awesome breakfast though!

My husband and I stayed at the LAX Marriott last week for 24 hours on our way back from Japan to South Carolina. The hotel itself was fine. Our room was good sized, clean and well furnished. The lobby was attractive. The pool area is great, but the weather did not allow it's use. Checking in was quick and courteous Shuttle service was prompt and painless. There was only one negative. We qualify for Marriott Elite Status and therefore should be entitled to special concierge services. It was explained to us that because they are remodeling, the upper floor where the services are supposed to be provided was closed. They therefore substituted what was supposed to be a concierge breakfast in an area off the main lobby. It was absolutely terrible and not even worth the $4 tip we left the waitress. It was similar to the free breakfast you would expect at a low end motel. Having had nothing but Japanese food for 5 weeks, we were sorely disappointed in the meal and in the total lack of other expected Elite Concierge Services. They have the space in the area off the lobby. Surely Marriott could do better.
