"Spectacular views!"

I'd wanted to stay in Rocky Harbour but it was pretty completely booked for our trip dates, so we decided to stay here instead. Now I'll never go back to Rocky Harbour lodgings! This hotel is quite convenient to the highway (for access to the rest of Gros Morne NP), a few minutes' drive from Rocky Harbour with its restaurants and shops, and a water taxi ride from Woody Point, with its artsy vibe -- coffee roasters, craft brewery, galleries, etc. The hotel itself is not large, and as someone noted, feels a little like the seniors' residence it used to be. However, the setting is breathtaking and the hotel itself is very pleasant. The rooms are simply furnished, with mostly locally made furniture. The bathrooms are large and well lit. The desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a large sitting room with games, books, and magazines plus binoculars for whale or bird spotting. The sitting room and attached outside decks face the most amazing view of Bonne Bay. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant but likely will next time we stay there -- the breakfast buffet (included with the room) was imaginative, plentiful, and delicious. Oh, and you eat breakfast facing That View. I will go back to Gros Morne and will definitely book at Neddies Harbour when I do.

"Beauty surrounds you in every direction in the heart of Gros Morne,"

If you sit in the sunroom or on the terraced back deck at this lovely inn, the surrounding mountains...layer upon layer of serene giants of rock...will leave you speechless. The Inn itself has a minimalist serene decor adding to the relaxation you feel. The on-site restaurant offers delicious fine dining experience but be sure to reserve as it is often booked. A delicious hot breakfast buffet comes with your room.each day. But the attraction that has brought us to this Inn 3 times now, is the view right from the property. You will see a yellowish mountain that stands out. It is from the earth’s mantle..originally deep within the earth. My artist eye is always inspired by the scenery here. You can make a short drive to the Cat Stop where you can sit on the deck and enjoy a pint while waiting for the next small ferry to take you across Bonne Bay to Rocky Harbour...or on a whale watching boat. This location is a great spot to explore all of national Heritage site, Gros Morne!

"Pristine B&B, with the best dining in Gros Morne"

   02-10-2017
We loved Neddies Harbour. The location is gorgeous - located steps from the water in a quiet harbour. It was the absolute ideal spot to relax - quiet and comfortable - after a day of touring and hiking. Their restaurant had the most diverse menu we found in the national park, and everything was delicious (we ended up eating there multiple times). The rooms were pristine and even we lucked out with a corner suite with a great view. One note for the summer time: the rooms do not have private outdoor spaces, but there is a communal deck that was rarely crowded.

"The Inn's 3 Bedroom Self Catered Cabin on Waterfront- Top Notch"

   02-10-2017
Had 3 wonderful nights at the 3 bedroom self-catered cabin just steps away from the Inn. Spacious inviting and bright living room, dining room, kitchen with 360 panoramic views of sea, mountains and granite cliffs. Well appointed bedrooms, linens and towels.Washer/dryer. Easy access to the Inn's fine dining restaurant. Superb food and wines at reasonable cost. Reservations required. Location is minutes away from the Gros Morne National Park Info Centre and the best access to the major sites the Park offers. The Western Brook Pond Boat Tour by Bontours and the Tablelands are a must , as well as the many seaside trails. Good walking shoes/boots highly recommended to really enjoy the many excursions. Parks Canada offers many complimentary guided tours or alternatively free downloads of a recorded tour for your tablet/phone. Ending one's busy day of walking and site-seeing at this Neddie's Harbour Inn cabin is fabulous.

"Like a senior's complex and bed and breakfast"

   27-09-2017
Rooms are not sound proof, designed like a handicapped or senior,s home, restaurant serving over priced food and rarely open. Not intimate or private for a couples get away. Not great view as advertised as had a room in basement overlooking the parking lot. Too expensive for the quality. Would not return. No make up mirror, iPod dock, refrigerator, smallest tv can purchase and has Thin walls Sauna closed and gym with 1 bike and 1 treadmill
