Over Hotel Manoir Victoria

"Great spot, Lovely feel, Very nice people"

Everything was great, very good value (in February, during Carnival), good ambiance. The staff were efficient and yet fun. Cafe Boulay is a must. The hotel has the pedigree of its excellent location and you know that you are in Quebec City and no-where else. At the same time, the rooms themselves are sparkly and modern. The only thing that was not quite right was operating the shower. Maybe it was the operator (me) but not only could I not figure out easily which was was hot and which way was cold, when I turned it on, the second shower head was set up so that it was directing water OUT of the shower, on self standing outside of shower, and all over the floor.

"Great location, middle of Vieux Ville Quebec"

Nice people, nice place great location, we stayed the nights we were not at Hotel de Glace. Best vacation ever. Dont miss Boulay Restaurant, entered from hotel lobby: really excellent drinks, food. So Much Fun. We love Quebec. Budget price only off-season: pricey in warm weather

"Charming comfortable hotel in heart of Old Quebec! "

We stayed here for several days during Winter Carnival and were very pleased with this hotel. The location is excellent, walking distance to all the tourist spots, bars and great restaurants. We stayed here before years ago and were impressed with the renovations that have transformed the rooms to modern and comfortable spaces with lots of room for everything. The room rates are reasonable, we had excellent service at the front desk as well as assistance with our bags both checking in and out. All the staff appeared to speak English. They offer valet parking which was handy and we didn't need our car at all during our stay. There is a cute little take-out shop at the front entrance and a fabulous restaurant, Chez Boulay, which I'd highly recommend. It was so nice after wandering around the city all day to get dressed for dinner and just go downstairs. The restaurant is very popular and was always busy so do make reservations. We will definitely go back again. Loved our trip to Quebec!

"Celebrate Carnival"

Great location and helpful staff. Room was in back of hotel and quiet bed was comfortable and room was clean. Wonderful access to old Quebec so we could walk to all activities Clean pool area though we did not swim - kids were there having a great time Reasonable price especially based on the location We did not eat at the restaurant that was connected though it smelled great Was nice to have small French shop next door for warm croissant Sunday morning

"Great all round choice!!"

Spent four nights here in business. First off location is fabulous. Easy to walk everywhere e.g., about 10 minutes to the Chateau Frontenac and Dufferin Terrace. Very close, steps away, are Tim Hortons and McDonalds...not my personal preferences but obviously popular. About 30 minutes by taxi from the airport (minimal traffic) and $35. The service was super, quick and the concierge was great carrying my bag and standing outside for the taxi while I waited indoors. I was in a single room with a queen on the third floor. Great temperature control which is a hotel pet peeve of mine. The bed and linens where great. The room was spacious with a nice closet, desk, good tv, funky chair, drawers and storage area. The wifi worked great and once you were logged in you were logged in...another pet peeve is always having to log in. The washroom was good, nice products, good shower, a proper hair dryer. I had two windows with good blinds. The room was quiet. You could hear people in the hall but that was always brief and overall it was very quiet. I ended up a bit sick so didn't use the gym or spa facilities. I did have dinner one night at Boulay the adjacent restaurant which is quite nice. I would definitely stay here again!
