This hotel absolutely has the lowest service level from the reception side. I had stayed in many different Hiltons world wide, and I am loyal Hilton member, yet this specific hotel reception (shift supervisor) service level was the worst ever. I called to change my check out date and they confirmed it is possible, and when i went to the reception desk the shift supervisor said that the amount i paid for the rest of the stay which should be refunded to me is a big amount of money; although it is not! will be mailed to me as check, i gave them my exact right address along with confirming with them the date expected for the cheque to arrive "He" confirmed that it will take maximum two weeks due to the overseas mailing address. I arrived back in my country, and after two weeks started calling and emailing him with no reply! until I googled some other emails I had for the Hilton and CC'ed them all in the email I sent again to him then he replied to me saying that he will check and let me know although it has been a month! then I had a very long chain of emails with him and the finance regarding my payment with no luck in getting my money back for six months of following up with them! and I got my money only after eight months and weekly follow up emails! it was a bad actually my worst experience ever with any hotel. This is a bad way to treat with any customer; especially a loyal customer. Do not stay here if you expect service or just plain courtesy! Although of the above mentioned bad review, to be honest: The hotel is a very standard hotel, as I have a certain image of Hilton hotels being a 5 stars chain, the suite was very standard, but spacious. the location of the hotel being near the airport was convenient along with the hotel provided shuttle to the airport I found it very helpful and practical. Although the hotel was near the airport the hotel was very quite and the rooms are wonderfully soundproofed. The room was very clean and has a useful coffee-Tea machine. The breakfast was great and better than I expected related to the hotel image I saw and the service were extremely good and nice :) The staff are helpful, but there are often long queues at reception as there are frequently not enough of them on duty, so check in and check out was a hassle.

There is a huge implicit area infront of the hotel where the vehicles can easily stop and move practically. After passing the lobby, you see the reception straight ahead. The room has wide windows which allows you visualize the space with full of adventure. A lot of aeroplanes with different colors, models and sizes are charming at nights on an ordered way of taxi.Taking off and landing of them worth to watch enthusiastic.The room is very clean and has a well designed coffee-Tea machine.All the conditions are convenient for a silence and lovely trip.The breakfast is yummy and the service is nearly perfect.
"A great airport hotel"
This hotel is situated close to LAX airport, but the rooms are wonderfully soundproofed so aircraft noise is non existent. The rooms are large, spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are helpful, but there are often long queues at reception as there are frequently not enough of them on duty.

This hotel absolutely has the lowest service level. I had stayed in 3 Hiltons in last 2 months, and I was thinking of becoming a loyal Hilton member. This hotel service level had totally changed my mind. I called to request for an early check in. The front desk clerk told me that firstly it is subject to availability, totally understandable. Then she told me that if the room is available, I would have to pay $50 for an early check in and only if it is after 12pm, then it is free. Nickle and Diming their customers. Then I had a package delivered to the hotel. Upon check in, nothing was said to me. I called from the room, and asked if they had my package. The bell counter said that there was nothing. I am sure that it has arrived in the hotel. He told me that mail room only opens from 8am - 5pm. I would have to check at 8am. What I needed the package before 8am? I asked to be transferred to an manager. The bell counter replied with a snarky "why not?" I told the front desk manager about my service in the first 30 minutes of my check in. No apologizes. He told me that mail room does open from 8am -5pm. He finally found the package, and told me that he cannot guarantee that he can get it delivered tonight. I was like "what?". This just shows that bad service comes from the top. I told him that I have 2 more nights to go, and is that the service level I have to put up with? His reply was "There was no bad service from us." Firstly before you receive a package, you should know if the guest is staying with you. He says why we do not check, we just receive them. At this point, I had lost all hope in talking to a manager, and there is no wonder service sucks here. You just lost a potential loyal customer. Do not stay here if you expect service or just plain courtesy.
"Hotel Airport Can't Be Beat"
I stay here every time I'm in LAX on business and couldn't be happier. I'm very happy with Hilton's new keyless check-in and now bypass the front desk completely. There's an executive lounge that serves breakfast and hot/cold hor d'oeuvres in the evening but you'll pay for alcoholic drinks.
