"Charming and relaxing weekend stay"
We stayed at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant for an October weekend. The property is in a superb location right next to the village. We were happy with all aspects of our stay. Our room was clean and cozy with decor that fit the atmosphere of the hotel. The service was excellent (valet, guest services) and the facilities (pools, fitness centre) were all great. We also traveled with our dog - we love that the fairmont allows pets. We plan to return on our next trip to Tremblant.
" Disappointing "
I was at Fairmont Tremblant for a convention. First of all, the hotel needs to be refreshed. It is outdated. Our room 522 was kind of sad. There was some annoying noise coming from the ventilation vent. Also the temperature was hard to adjust. It was either very cold or too warm. Fortunately, it was very clean. The staff serving meals during the convention and at the restaurant was not nice at all. They were not smiling and when you asked questions or for information they seemed somehow exasperated. I am celiac and can't eat gluten. So for me it is essential that I meow wether the food contain gluten or not. Next time I go to Tremblant, I'll pick another hotel.
"Excellent but expensive "
Friendly staff, impeccable standards of cleanliness and great location. Really enjoyed our family trip with our two boys age 10 and 14. Outdoor pool warm and fun even in the rain, games room for the kids. plenty of dining options a short walk into the village if you don't want to pay hotel prices - we eat out all meals. We had two rooms interconnecting which worked well for us. Despite being off season lots to do in the area including a hike in the diablo area and a bile ride around lac Tremblant.
"Fall Foliage Weekend Getaway!"
Took our family there over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. We chose the Fairmont because of its location and convenience to the mountain and Pedestrian Village. The hotel looks like a huge castle on the outside and very rustic on the inside. Staff was quite friendly. The hotel could use some updating--examples there were many tiles in the hot tub that were missing, our bathroom door was splitting at the bottom. For the price you pay, you would expect top notch! Requested more blankets and they seemed pretty old too. All this place needs is some updates and it will be prefect!
"Great resort hotel with plenty to do"
A friend recommended that I should stay in at least one Fairmont while in Canada, and this one was a great place to stay a few days. The hotel in located in the Mt Tremblant resort some way from the town. On arrival there is valet parking if you pay, or you can unload and park for free a short distance away and walk or take the bus back. My room was large and comfortable with comfortable beds, high quality furnishings and a large bathroom. I tried the bar and the bar food which was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a small swimming pool outside with a poolside bar that opens after breakfast for food and drinks. The staff are great and quick to spot when you need attention. Around the hotel are plenty of outdoor activities in the summer so there is no danger of getting bored. In the evening a walk down to the resort (five minutes) brings you past a number of restaurants and a handful of bars. Overall this was a great stay, and I would recommend it highly.
